Kala Ghoda Arts Festival is the country’s largest multicultural festival,

taking place in February each year.

The Festival draws visitors in large numbers,

not just from the city but from all over the country, and the world.

20 years ago, Kala Ghoda Association was formed

with the idea of giving back to the city we call home -

the thriving megapolis of Mumbai.

And, thereafter was born the biggest street art festival that India has

- the Kala Ghoda Arts Festival.

This year, we will commemorate 20 years of this iconic festival,

as also commemorate the 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi.

20년의 역사를 가지고 있는

칼라고다페스티벌(Kala Ghoda Arts Festival)은

매년 2월이면 뭄바이 지역 갤러리와 거리에서는

전시, 설치미술, 문학행사, 영화상영, 음악콘서트, 무용공연, 연극공연,

워크숍, 문화유산 산책과 음식과 관련한 행사 등

다양한 프로그램이 진행되고 있다...

올해는 마하트마 간디의 탄생 150주년을 기념하는데 포커스를 맞추었다네요.

예정에 없었던 아트축제를 보니 기분이 좋네요...
