쿠알라룸푸르 #5 - Bintang walk

 

6번 버스정류장입니다.

Bintang Walk라고 하구요. 제일 큰 쇼핑몰들이 몰려 있는 곳입니다.

 

여기서 한 두시간정도 혼자서 걸어다녔습니다.

쇼핑몰 구경하고 아침 겸 점심으로 허기진 배를 채우고...

6.1 BINTANG WALK
Bintang Walk is a row of street-side cafes, restaurants and pubs, stretching from Lot 10 Shopping Centre to the JW Marriott Hotel. At night, Bintang Walk truly come alive, when live jazz music is played and the whole place is beautifully lift-up. Here is also the location for KL HOP on HOP OFF ticketing & information counter.

 

6.2 BUKIT BINTANG PLAZA
One of KL's oldest shopping centres, Bukit Bintang Plaza with its anchor tenant Metrojaya, still attracts the crowds with its offerings of local and international goods comprising clothes, fashion accessories, footwear, sports goods, electrical equipment, pharmaceutical products, computers and furniture.

 

6.3 SUNGEI WANG PLAZA
One of the oldest shopping centres in KL, Sungei Wang is found on the always busy and increasingly trendy street of Bukit Bintang. Despite the emergence of newer and blogger malls in the city, this place remains a favourite with locals and tourists. It's a great spot to pick up mobile phones, cameras, watches and very cheap DVD's.
                    

6.5 BERJAYA TIMES SQUARE
Berjaya Times Square boasts the largest indoor theme park in Asia, the second longest indoor rollercoaster in the world, and 1,000 shop units. Its commercial performance will be closely watched as an indicator of the health of the Malaysian economy.

 

6.6 Tengkat Tong Shin : 레스토랑과 펍(부킷빈탕 옆)    
AIN ARABIA
Close to the shopping malls Sungei Wang / Bukit Bintang is a new area called: Ain Arabia. It's just beside the well-know Irish pub Finnegan's at the Jalan Sultan Ismail is a little street. In that little street is a concrete arch with the name: Ain Arabia. There's also a signs with that name on it.

 

 

근데 우리나라에 비하면 뭐 쇼핑몰이 몰려 있다고도 못하겠네요~

 

 

 

 

쿠알라룸푸르의 최고 번화가 빈탕거리(Bintang Walk)는

홍콩보다 저렴한 가격으로 실속 있는 쇼핑을 즐길 수 있다고 알려져 있는 곳으로써

명품부터 보세 제품까지 구경하는 재미가 쏠쏠하다네요.

근데 남자가 돌아다니기엔 그다지 구미가 당기지 않네요...

 

 

육교위로 모노레일이 운행됨니다...

 

제가 인도에서 말레이 항공을 탈 때 에상외로 화물요금이 추가되어서...

7380RS(루피), 우리 돈으로 약 16만원(ㅜㅜ....)

그거 내고 나니까 돈이 푹 줄어버려서 전날 저녁에 뭄바이공항에서도

돈이 무서워서 밥을 못 먹고.

쿠알라룸푸르 도착해서도 아침 굶었죠...

 

결국 여기 Bintang Walk에 와서 지하 음식점 모여 있는 곳에서

늦은 식사를 해결했죠...

 

 

Grilled Pork Chop RM22(약 8000원?)

아주 맛있게 먹었습니다....

워낙 배가 고프다보니...

 

 

 다음번엔 화물 포장 계획을 잘 세워야 할 듯,...

가능하면 박스 몇개는 기내로 가져가세요. 발 밑에둔다고 하고...

 

ㅋ~ 군침이 도네요....

 

 

이곳 지하에 약 20여개의 음식점과 식재료를 파는 슈퍼마켓이 있습니다.

파빌리온 쇼핑몰 근처이구요 6번 버스정류장 바로 근처에 있습니다.

 

중국 음식점이 많습니다.

6.4 PAVILION KUALA LUMPUR
Pavilion Kuala Lumpur is a shopping mall situated along the Bukit Bintang district in Kuala Lumpur. Opened on 20 September 2007, it consists of four major components; a retail mall, an office tower, two residential and a proposed hotel. The site where Pavilion Kuala Lumpur now stands used to be the campus of Bukit Bintang Girl's School, the oldest school in Kuala Lumpur. The Bukit Bintang campus was vacated in 2000 when the school moved to Cheras and renamed itself as Sekolah Seri Bintang Utara.
